What format does my image need to be in?

The image format (portrait or landscape) doesn't matter; we'll arrange the image in the way that it looks best as a line art image, but 90% of the time it'll be in portrait format. Your image should be in either .jpg or .png format.

How can I pay for my print?

You can conveniently pay for your artwork via Paypal, bank transfer, Apple Pay, GooglePlay, UnionPay, Amex, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung or credit card.

What happens if I don't like the design?

If you don't like your item, just write to us, you can cancel your order at any time and we will refund you 100% of your money.

How much are the shipping costs?

We cover shipping costs within Germany for purchases over €50. Shipping is also free to Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, and Poland. A shipping surcharge of €9 applies to Ireland. How long does delivery take?

After successful order confirmation, your product will be printed immediately. This usually takes 1-2 business days. After production and inspection of the print, your product will reach you within 3-4 business days.
